I agree on the good call. The best way to play these type of situations is to gradually build up a position. IMHO the valuation is so "rock bottom" that cheaper stock is a gift. I would not say this if PDM was valued at +$30 million or more but at around $12 million (minus the cash) this is greatly undervalued (assuming general market tone remains firm).
