PS. Can anyone explain how (likely the swiss?) managed to close out around 10 million BND shorts in mid October despite the company being suspended for the last 6 months? As I understood it no share transactions can take place, not be registered until the administrator is finished. So how is this possible. Operating above and beyond the law as usual? Is it worth querying this with ASIC given they ignored all my prior complaints about dodgy stuff going on with BND shares? Hang on, answered my own question.
