If you are serious about it first do a background check to try and work out whether the Director's are flush enough to warrant having a crack.
Secondly have a chat to someone like IMF (the Australian litigation funders not the International Organisation with the randy boss!) presenting a chronological sequence of events and the crime(s) committed.
They would probably be able to tell you very quickly whether it is worth pursuing or not... if it has merits then they will likely fund it too.
