A small word of advice too if I may. As a new trader it's really easy to get into those penny stocks like PEN. Be very very careful, those types of stocks can have enormous returns, but in a gunshy market like we have at the moment they can turn and bite you very quickly. They are also the most likely to jump over your stop loss, and also the most likely to have spiked up because of a rumour and then when the press release comes out they drop back very quickly, hence the "buy the rumour, sell the fact" adage.
