When you are down at these price levels with these volumes you'll get whipsawed into trailing stops easily. 10% is only 2 or 3 ticks. IMO, in these circumstances keep stops tight when you buy, and then loosen up the trailing stop as it moves.
For a speccy play like this it may be useful to choose a price objective from which to ask yourself - "if I had none would I buy these now", if the answer is no, then sell, if yes then hold. If price never reaches your objective then the trailing stop will still look after you somewhat. IMO, it's better to be decisive, wrong, and move on, than be uncertain and do your head in floating around in a market that only wants to make you wronger and wronger.
