my thoughts are its going to retrace to the .14-.15 level

-the company is issuing more stock to directors
-the company is receiving 200bopd from well-peanuts
-decline of 27% catahola lake well
-decline of 26% La Salle parish project
-2.5 mill in the bank, though this well will not be paid of in the time frame they wanted.
