Unless you can specify particular parcels of shares somehow - usually under different HIN/SRN's is the easiest way - you will pay CGT based on the average price over your entire holding.
Now Im a tax accountant and I cant tell wtf Neil is on about. Sounds dodgy as sin and I know auditors at the tax office (my brother is one) and when they smell a rat they tend to check several years of records to confirm it.
