Sounds like someone has been burnt - maybe out at 2 cents and cannot get back on.

Fair comment on number 1 - bit deceiving they do only hold 60% not 80% . but certainly not 48 ...

The nickel grades are going to come in around the 1.5-2 once they get down to the higher grade saprolitic material.

I would not be saying INCO and Kaiser are muppets and reporting doubtable info. Plus the fact that Summitomo have spent millions in trying to secure this lease. That sort of commitment they would not be doing for a dodgy mine.

Not sure of the 'big joke' .. Even with lower grades the cost of production is low due to the location to the ports and close proximity to the smelters. Nickelprice over $20,000 per tonne the freecashflow from this thing is considerable.

The company are not going to spend billions in infrastructure they only need to spend around $50 million and than they can ship it out to the smelters.

Also the chairman is on board of Cofee - massive synergies there ...

And your also forgetting the fact the company is only $40 mill. This is comparable to MUX and you get a free option on Vietnam and Solomon Islands.

( PS - KZL paid a dividends through 06/07 just prior to zinc prices getting decimated)

1, As for the so-called "159m at 1% Ni", Even if it is, AVQ only own 48% of it, (the lease as Takata, 60% in Takata, owner 20% so it's 60%* 80%= 48% only)

2, "159m at 1% Ni", itself, is a big joke. The company removed the so-called report, just say NON JORC. IMV, it's totally no basis and concept only.

    3, Quality is doubtable.
27--40% FE MEANS VERY VERY HIGH LEACHING COST.

4, How the company know 60% of the resourse in its lease, not 40%, 20%?? --totally no idea.

5, Recoverable rate is totally unknow. 1% grade actually is low grade for Ni ore, so Recoverable rate is the most important factor for the future development. Normally the recoverable rate is at 50%, considering the high Fe%, may be the actually rate is much lower than 50%.

6, Obviously, AVQ will take many years to verify its reserve, by inevitable massive Capital Raising.
