    I liked the design of the RSPT much better than the MRRT. Just needed to be a lower %. Would have done good things for the 2 speed economy, promoted exploration, and been good for infrastructure for the future. Pitty Labor couldn't sell it as we are now left with the dumbed down version that appeals to the masses.
