You will find that the VCR headline, "Reimbursment Decision for Left Ventricular Devices", was extremely misleading given the time it was made & the fact that the body of the announcement was not available before market closure. That headline is suggesting that the decision has been made when in fact it has not.
It is more so misleading when added to the following extract from Thoratec's announcement which was made yesterday.
