Your point is correct but beside that the decision has not even been made.

I reckon the headline was solely crafted to get some buyers in. Makes you wonder why they need to stoop to such tactics if they are confident of the commercialisation of their device.

They have said that they are looking for alternative uses for the pump.

May I suggest that it would would probably do a good job of pumping hot air into a hot air balloon, the company seems to have plenty of experience at that :-)
