But there is decently insider buying and in my view there is a lot of information being withheld which will come to light in the next six months (resource statements, further studies, finance). It depends if mgmt want to to actually upgrade, commission and operate the mine or if they just want to get out. There are a lot of pain points about operating facilities like this and they might all be a bit over it. Their presentations talk about nearby resources and supporting the infrastructure.

The counterpoint is that it you are a buyer, you generally prefer operating assets and a big resource, rather than a shopping list of required developments/approvals. At the moment this doesn't tick those boxes. But in 6mths it might be a different story.
