Agreed (seem to be doing a lot of that today),
Looking at ISF's last few annual reports it seems that they desperately need a Jack Welch type management team to go through the business head to toe and cut out all the dead weight...
Costs are excessive to say the least (even for an RnD type company).
Management should also probably look towards reducing debt for a couple of years instead of paying an insubstantial dividend...
Just my thoughts anyway,
