Even a cursory check of other small O+G stocks tells you this is grossly overvalued .
Most of these tiny oilers attempting to reenter discarded projects end up continually rinse and repeating projects .
They usually start with a hiss and a roar , burn through a stack of cash reestablishing production then it fizzles as decline rates and difficult production scenarios chew through the rest .....
