the true things is io price will go up less one year, Todd want to put 5 years option to secure fms io at bottom prices and put very little deposit on. Todd will have 5 years time to get the loan, build rail, preparation for production, then sale the io to Shandon without any risk. the bottom line is Todd have to pay shs at top price without take any risk. I don't mind option deal if shs share profit with Todd at 50/50 equal share for next 16 years. this is fair and reasonable.
