stop talking and deliver the goods

I have read the last ann and I was in a way very disturbed with the this company is performing, I am a shareholder and of course I am very concerned as may of you are too.
There I could see some good things in the ann and I would like to mention them here briefly

For StratoSonde Divestment, I think someone at TEE has to put their pants better and got stronger on this deal by sending NOTICE of terminating contract (if any current contract) if they do not pay full amount within 5 working days from today or something on those lines.



For the Financial outlook, it was said that:

business development programmes and any non-essential activities which did not
have an immediate positive impact on the business were deferred.

Additionally, they said that they are reviewing all sections of the business with the intention to restructure the groups to produce a more efficient and reduced cost base, and provide improved new product and market focus directly related
to profitable areas of the market.


All these sounds perfectly ok and if TEE delivers those things, business and sp value will improve for sure, BUT What we all shareholders need is do demand for actions:

1- we need to know ASAP what is going with the restructure, we do not want more talks and rubbish, we need ACTIONS and we need them ASAP, even better within the next two days at the latest.

2- We need to know who is going and who is staying.

3- We need a report where all the savings are clearly listed.
4- Also very important we need a description of the new way of operations after the staff cuts so we understand who will be doing what and who would be accountable to making this company work.

I have enough of the bulsh----it, let’s us know what are the changes and when they will be implemented, also when are you goiing to be able to close a deal, we have seen nothing new for long time.............shia----t.
