Rising death rate.. wouldn't assume that to be true.
National covid guidelines do not require an autopsy as proof of death if the deceased tested positive to covid.
"The new coronavirus strain (COVID-19) should be recorded on the medical cause of death certificate for ALL decedents where the disease caused, or is assumed to have caused, or contributed to death."
Unless an autopsy is undertaken cause of death is only an assumption.
