Whether they are Indonesian or not has nothing to do with it. Their last port was Indonesia. They can make asylum claims in Indonesia. If they are found in Indonesian waters that's where they should return. If god forbid, Australia was a hole, I wonder how the Indonesians feel about asylum seekers using Australia to get to Indonesia whilst Australia turned a blind eye.
