    I know it's not in defense, BUT in 2000, Microsoft launched the "Tablet PC". It was a failure. In 2010, Apple launched the iPad. We know the rest.

    Now if Microsoft owned the IP for the Tablet PC, they would have been able to take a cut of every iPad sold.

    Metalstorm owns the IP for the technology.
