Unfortunately the ADF can't just go and buy what they want whenever they want. It's all funded through the Defence Capability Plan with the likely candidate project being Project Land 125....which I believe is being provided by Thales with their side loading 40mm grenade launcher. At the moment there really is no capability gap within the ADF for MST products hence no demand.

Police forces on the other hand may have a demand for MAUL for non-lethal applications so they will likely be the domestic market for MST vice the ADF.
