speculation is all we can do.. newregime says deal good price, so lets just see how it turns out.
I will tend to believe a guy who actually OWNS shares in OBL as to others who seem to be waiting for it all to fall in place before investing, or fall over so they can say "TOLD YOU SO" (didn't know hotcopper lets kids sign up)
if it comes back on and runs the baggers will owe newregime an apology.
