No all I'm asking is to make a report to the AFP that there's potentially a Commonwealth crime happening where the ASX and ASIC need to be investigated. Public officials have stated recently ASIC has failed and they want to reform into 2 seperate entities. I am asking the public to report to a body above ASIC asking them to investigate the ASX and ASIC for allowing predatory behaviour from boards and brokers. Perfect example is pumps into discounted capital raises. These are intentionally structured to hurt you and benefit the broker by using the asx as their liquidity vehicle. This is not a fair market and has slowly become this way. This is one basic example of how the asx is being used as a liquidity vehicle. These actions would never happen in private enterprise but a public market is being used in this way
