Appreciate in this day and age its the only way to go, however page 14 of the Notice of General meeting does not advise that voting by the internet as a valid way to vote.
The exact wording is
'Proxy forms may be lodged by posting the completed form in the reply paid envelope provided (Australia only), or delivering or faxing the completed form to the address or fax number below:'
No mention of the internet - so question - if the net is used can the incumbents argue that they are invalid as they goes against the Notice of general Metting?
