I take some of the comments in that announcement as a grain of salt, and solely as a Political talk. They picked the eyes out of it to suit themselves.

If Beard had any intestinal fortitude and cared for the battling shareholders, he should walk away and resign instead of putting up a defence inflicting more costs to the shareholders.

The only time they made any money so far, was only from the sales of producing assets, while we never got even a cent out of it as a reward for being patient and loyal. They have been forever raising more and more capital.
