    I would have thought it would be keep the business running as per the normal course of business.

    With the sale of assets reducing debt and stronger cashflow, refinance should get done. We remain owners and hopefully see certain managers and board members leave over a period of time.

    I'm sure Grant and co are open to all thoughts
