    You used to be a chippy? Trusses, fascia/gutter, render, roof etc will probably need scaffold here mate, I’m tipping within the next week or two, I could be wrong, they may have another solution but don’t be surprised or disappointed when it goes up.

    Only FBR diehard bias investors are concerned about an impeccably clean site, nobody else cares, just like when someone tells you about their kids achievements, who cares?

    Speed is subjective, site like this would have a gang of 10-12 plus labourers so you’d need to compare the direct costs as the time would be similar, not sure what FBR charge but I pay $8 per block ($11 core filled) laid, supplied, ties, sand/cement etc so it’d be interesting to see the comparison.

    It is an advantage that the HX can work in adverse weather but human brickies don’t get paid if they don’t lay bricks so they don’t take much time off.

    Will be interesting if Dale doesn’t commit to another build after this.
