Yep, pretty much like that, what do you think will happen when you’ve churned out 30 houses in 30 days with no saving to the builder? Nobody else will be able to keep up so you’ll have a street full of shells, what’s the point in speeding up one part of the build?
The shortage of bricklayers is now switched over to a shortage of carpenters, plumbers and roof tilers, that’s IF it can do it, I’m not against it, I just don’t see it happening, time will tell.
