stop this nonsense - petition an egm

We all can be reactive to the proposal being put up by the Directors of Lynas but we also can be proactive as well.
If we feel as strong as to how wrong this deal is to sell the Crown Deposit to Forge then we can call an EGM and say so.

To do this from memory we need to have 5% of shareholders (lawyers help me out here if I'm wrong) to petition the Co. for calling an EGM.

The agenda in my opinion is to propose:
- defer all proposals on the Crown Deposit til such time as we are in full production

- then conduct a study to PFS through to BFS on the Crown Deposit with the funds being achieved from rare earths. By achieving this we have maximised the value of the Deposit

- then we have many options
a/ spin out the project to shareholders like NAV have done with their KRE project
b/ put out to tender for best bids
c/ do the project ourselves
