Did company law two years ago, pretty sure it's 10% but anyone correct me if I'm wrong. You'd definitely be able be able to pull an EGM so long as you actually apply for it with one months notice before the meeting called for the Forge approval. I'm sure Morgan Stanley (which holds 9%) and some of the other investment banks aren't dumb enough to say no to an EGM.
however, the costs for the AGM would also be put upon the percentage of voters that call for it, the company has no obligation to pay for anything.
