He is the only executive director of the company and he has done us a favour by deciding it is far too risky and that it should be sold.

So who's he sold it too?

A shell company with nothing in it has stepped forward to buy the company.

I don't know why he is in't being honest about his 50+% ownership of Forge resources.

I don't know why we need to spend time on an "immaterial" asset when we are at such an important time for the company.

I don't know why we have to sell if to Forge. Why wouldn't we test the market, open it to others?

I don't know what 7+ years spent studying an asset and commissioning studies would have taught me. Perhaps it would teach me that it's a great asset and I should buy it for myself.

If Mr Curtis was open and honest about this then perhaps I wouldn't feel so "uninformed".

And if you think this is such a great deal just from the information you've been given, my son has a second hand car he can sell you, it looks great from the outside......
