I got 30 minutes to mull over whether I pull the pin on these suckers. What are the odds:

1. Funding of LANI is finished due to re-focus on non-NIs?

2. Funding of LANI is finished as part of budget savings?

3. BARDA realise the stupid long process to get LANI to market so a review of the process is in order, maybe to arrive at a more expedited route?

Given the lack of consultation with Biota, 1 & 2 have better odds than 3.
