You are correct, the flow rates are the key.

Now let me tell you facts about these flow rates. I have spoken to Wecker many times over the last 3 months and he has told me there will be no flow rates until August due to delays in rain, delays in equipment, delays in getting permits from PIRSA etc etc.

What does all this mean? Well I never bought for flow rates. I bought for a clean takeover and that is what I will get.

By this rate we MAY just get our money back but as yu said, it is all about being a punter. Such is life.

If we have counter offers, we will make money. It's all a gamble but it is only going lower from here.

The lack of buying speaks volumes.
