Do you really want to compare percentage of shareholders in MMX versus CHM that are Australian.

For a start your two major projects are 50% owned by Mitsubishi. So whats the difference between 50% of the profits disappearing to Japan and a percentage of the claim going to an o/s funder for helping restore CHM to an equitable position.

Posco Harbinger Sino etc are hardly Australian

You even get excited about Sino taking MMX over so you are happy to sell ths "great Australian" company for a few pieces of silver.

MMX has the potential to be a great company they just need to deal with their past which came out of some dodgy dealings by Grimaldi and Barnes which Nicu gained a benefit from.

Once this is dealt with they can move forward but I think a few questions may be asked about the judgement and statements made by Paul.
