why the rise... ? I see today's action as a result of several events coming to a head. (this is all informed guess work)

1) JV announcement shortly
2) AIM listing as a result of the JV
3) Large investors now out of time and must push higher to get volume. (I see this as the shares are running and not the options. You don't get voting rights with options. Someone taking a large position is there to stay and wants votes and a seat on the board.)

Any other (rational) ideas ?
