Thanks for the posts....nothing happened on just the one dose she is in bed now..tomorrow we will get some prune juice or the like and try that if the problem had not gone away already.
A while ago she had all her intestines sitting on a tray beside her in surgery before getting it put back in so still we are on the lookout for complications that result..apparently blockages/twists etc even years later after this are not really uncommon.
Fairly sure this is just garden variety situation though.
