A good announcement re Mt Oscar appears logical considering Terry Streeter exercised his options at $1.00 eventhough they were out of the money.
He is sitting on an unrealised loss of nearly $300k in the last week alone from the shares exercised.
No other reason why he would dump a million dollars into Fox IMO
