We must NOT set and forget the refugees on Manus and Naurua.
Both LNP and ALP have stated that they will not settle in Australia.m That is point one.
The ALP seem to have changed their mind.
The conservative spectrum of the LNP represented by Mr andrews seems to have second thoughts.
But the PM is firmly of the view to keep LNP policy , but more needs to be done.
And that is where the Costa Rica solution comes in. It is imaginative and kills many birds with the one stone.
I agree haste is very desirable, but dealing with Mr Trump is challenging to say the least.
