John Mulcahy will be holding like grim death as his previous performance hurdle shares for 2004/2005 were changed so that he only has to stay in the job until sometime in 2009/2010 to get the bonus.
Wow, imagine if all jobs had a huge bonus that had no performance criteria and you just had to stay in the job to get it.
