Read earlier threads and their are very serious allegations re use of the app used by DMP. This app is KEY to success of DMP.
Their was a headline in press a few days ago (I'll try to find article) manufacturers who supply DMP being unhappy with prices received.
Their is a class action underway by former franchise holders suing Pizza Hut who who forced by HQ to sell Pizza's on various special deals at $5.00/pizza. They claim they (the franchisees) had no control over what price they could sell pizza's at and they lost money on every pizza sold! ef see more of this story soon.
Recent posts on HC talk about a recent DMP special where customers (prawns and chicken exempt) could buy DMP pizzas for just $3.95! Is it possible to break even selling at $3.95?? I doubt it.
Plus a pizza driver for one of the pizza chains who spoke out against being paid below the award rate suddenly found himself with very few deliveries.
An interesting couple of months lie ahead for DMP. I've no idea how it will eventually play out but I suspect changes will be made. SP risk remains to downside imo.
