and they couldn’t access the loan

there is no certainty that EPA will give an aproval ?

SO4 was planning on short circuiting the process and relying on the Blackham Mining lease to get through
( the tenement was certainly not a bargain )
different mineral and footprint equals a different aproval

this could take a year or more
without delays of wet weather questions from the EPA etc and assuming it gets past

will we see a uturn and a return to the Demo plant to keep the hype going ?
