The now famous "Ruling on Standing and Contention Admissibility" that has everyone's knickers in a knot will prove to be a storm in a teacup, IMO. Management will not come this far and risk anything going wrong. The four admissible contentions are NEPA-related, and can undoubtedly be dealt with easily.
In ten days there will be clarity, so until then I am going to sit back and enjoy the ride.
