Altho I find it interesting that they have a target price of 35 cents and say that 'Production from Nolans is scheduled to commence in 2019' (page 4), but since when have they received funding to build more than a toilet block?? And where is this statement about refining in the Gulf Coast region of the US coming from? Mind you I guess they did say 'likely'. Have I been missing something (again)?
