OK there's the odd bit of wrong information in the article (obviously the drug's not used in Australia), but then there's this:
"Some girls who were on the drug had their seizures go down," Taelyr said. "Some who didn't walk before are walking now. Some of them had hand function come back. Some of them even had their voices come back."
Clearly that's the kind of anecdotal information that's floating around the community that is driving enrolment.
Here's hoping for a sample vs placebo signal that can't be ignored.
