    Like most holders I obviously hope there is a happy resolution to this, no matter how unlikely.

    FAS's death would seem "imminent" but I have hard time accepting board and management will be allowed to walk away, no doubt to build great wealth and shareholder value elsewhere.

    That said, maybe all we need is a rebrand? Instead of "FairStar - a new horizon" what about DeadStar - steady as she sinks"?
