Most leases now re-assigned to goodstart with additional pooled security and keeping the triple net structure and no rent holidays. Great result in my opinion.
Debt costs still way too high at 10%, but doesnt really matter when book assets after debt are trading 40% below their real value. This stock will be trading near its book again (over a $1) when dividends are resumed and those expensive notes are paid back. I expect we will finally have a minimum 3c distribution next financial year as well.
