    A very welcome announcement and the market has quite rightly revalued the company...but there has to be much more to come.

    It's obvious that the BV is holding up very well so our NTA is around $1.29.

    I do agree that our cost of funding is way too high and thankfully, the manager is onto this issue.

    Those people out there actually buying physical property have rocks in their heads!

    Where else could you buy a property valued at $1.29m for a mere $550,000...and not pay stamp duty and be able to sell as little or as much of the prperty as you want with next to no sales commission!!!!

    You can when you buy into AEU.

    Plus, your AEU investment will generate in excess of 10% return and the manager has signalled a return to distributions once the bank are satisfied on the LVR ratio.

    This is a standout, extraordinary deal. If there is a better REIT deal, please tell me.
