good point, will have to revisit those doc/announcements from cfu regarding patents. from memory, cfu have a great deal of international patents on their technology, from the internal workings and processes of their cells to specific manufacturing processes needed to create them. id say alot of them were initially targeted towards europe, but cant state that for sure.
also not sure if any of these patents would or could apply to china, we know the chinese' respect on such issues. but having said that, i've watched and held cfu since close to the original ipo, so do know its taken a long time to make the idea viable. cfu's advantage is that they are currently ahead of the pack, and as with other forms of technology, usually doesn't take the competition much time to catch up, especially when there are dollars to be made. will depend on the deals to be struck by cfu, so time will tell.
