c) No Voluume - No Depth to market.
Chartists would never buy on those charts, and who invests money without looking at the history of a stock. charts = history.
Significant resource discoveries or announcements of company restructure will obviously effect SP.
Impress Energy is in the business of exporing for and producing oil, at this stage it is still a small player.
Until data on sizable ??, bankable reserves are released, it is still a speccie oiler !!
If support is not found soon retrace back to 4c is quite possible.
On the other hand if 5c can hold and breaks through the 6c resistance then 9c - 9.5c is your target.
Historic Speed Angles suggest this is possible by early November but good news must come soon.
