    grahod??...lol...lol...i LOVE your summary of that offer!...sharp and to the point..:-))))....i am not sure how to react as yet...i hate takeovers...but if i get all that cash and some shares to wipe my tears with...well....it may not be sooo bad....my entry point was 0.59 ...i do not sell just hord...lol
