I had a quick look a the accounts I feel while this is more likely to survive than BEC the risk reward is in BECs favour because of BEcs discounted sp to NAV . LTV is lower with CMW than BEC but only a 5% right down on asset values in the last 6 months seems a little on the light side.
The accounts are much simpler and more transparent than BECs
